I saw a piece of jewellery that is no longer on the website. May I order it?

All our pieces are unique, and due to the organic shape of our stones, each piece can vary slightly, however we can recreate another piece on special order depending on stone availability. Contact enquiries@pippasmall.com

 

If I special order a piece, how long will it take to be made?

Our pieces are all handmade, our commissioned pieces may therefore take up to 10 weeks to be completed.

 

I live in London and would love a piece of jewellery from your website today. Is this possible?

Yes, please make the purchase online and email enquiries@pippasmall.com quoting your order number and delivery instructions before midday.

 

What payment methods does Pippa Small accept?

We accept Visa Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard, America Express, Maestro cards, Discover, and Diners Club.

 

Do I need to sign for my parcel?

Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all order. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature. Please do ensure you are at the assigned address at time of delivery.

 

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.  Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address.

 

Can I order a bespoke piece?

Yes, we do arrange special commissions. Please email enquiries@pippasmall.com or come into one of our stores and let us know what type of piece you would like to create with which stones. Please note that bespoke pieces may take up to twelve weeks to be completed.
