100% of the profits from this necklace will be given to support our partner in Kabul in training young Afghan refugees who fled their homes in rural areas to the city of Kabul last summer to escape the violence of the political shift. These families have spent the last 7 months living on the city streets with no support or prospects.

Our partner training program focuses on basic literacy, business knowledge, and jewellery making skills. The goal is that with these acquired skills, the women can eventually start their own business in jewellery, selling eggs, or anything that will help safely support their families. We hope that we can provide hot lunches and transport for the women to the workshop through this fundraiser.
