Sterling Silver & Brass PSTM Afghanistan Durrani Large Pendant on Cord

The Durrani collection, meaning royal, strong, and instantly recognisable, is proudly made in Afghanistan using strong, heavy, and very solid silver with highlighted brass elements.

We made moulds of pebbles found in the hills of Bamiyan, the cradle of the ancient silk routes, and cast them in silver. These silver ‘pebbles’ were then set in brass to create a mixed-metal feel.

We enjoyed treating silver as the earthy material that it is; the Durrani collection feels modern, with a contemporary pre-historic undertone.
