I saw a piece of jewellery that is no longer on the website. May I order it?
All our pieces are unique, and due to the organic shape of our stones, each piece can vary slightly, however we can recreate another piece on special order depending on stone availability. Please email enquiries@pippasmall.com
If I pre-order a piece, how long will it take to be made?
Our pieces are all handmade, our commissioned pieces may therefore take up to 12 weeks to be completed.
I live in London and would love a piece of jewellery from your website today. Is this possible?
Yes, please make the purchase online and email enquiries@pippasmall.com quoting your order number and delivery instructions before midday. Otherwise, we also have a pick up in store option at checkout.
What payment methods does Pippa Small accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, America Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Maestro, Discover, Union Pay, and Diners Club.
Do I need to sign for my parcel?
Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all order. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature. Please do ensure you are at the assigned address at time of delivery.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address.
