18kt Gold Green Tourmaline Colette Set Pendant with Gold Ant on Cord

$1,910.00

Ranging in hue from a pale, light green to the darkest Emerald colour - this hand cut Green Tourmaline can be found on every continent. The stone of revival and growth is often understood to invigorate, regenerate and re-balance the energies of its wearer. Hand cut by our talented artisan in Jaipur and set on Pippa's signature gold cord.

A stone can have a very personal meaning, or it can resonate at an almost primal level when we are drawn without explanation to a particular rock. We weave a story around a stone and charge it with meaning and deep significance. It’s a particular emotional response to a stone and then it becomes an amulet. Something that inspires courage and confidence, comfort and safety when it’s worn around our neck.

Meet The Maker

Om Prakash

The son of a farmer, Om learnt stone cutting when young. He first specialized in carving crystal Gods for the temples, but now runs a small workshop in Sanganer, just outside jaipur. He has a wonderful sensitivity to stones and has worked with us for over twenty years.

Cutting each gem, following its individual, organic shape and giving the merest hint of enhancement with the subtlest facets, he elicits a gentle sparkle from each. As the years have passed, we have experienced many of life’s adventures together. He has had two children, one a jewellery design student, the other, a training accountant.

Om now has a team who have learnt his skills, share his respect and understanding for these organic jewels and together, they continue to do a wonderful job.
