22kt Gold Pink Tourmaline Tibetan Ring

Years ago I bought an old turquoise and gold ring in Tibet, the gold was pure and moulded to the shape of the stone protecting it and holding it, the stone was lustres and alive, long loved and worn smooth. I loved this ring and its organic shape.
Since then I have designed many many 'Tibetan' rings, each utterly unique, following the shape of an uncut gem or a soft river tumbled pebble. Choosing the ring stone is very important and I spend hours pouring through little mounds of gems to find the right fit for this ring. I love working with Sushil on these rings.

Meet The Maker

Born in Jaipur Sushil and I have worked together for about 15 years, Sushil learned his skill from his family, his uncle Khen Raj who was a master goldsmith and has been a goldsmith for 25 years.

He specialises in hand work and is very proud and loves his work. Sushil and I have spent many hours studying seeds, leaves and flowers to replicate these minute miracles of nature in gold. He has a wonderful instinctive sense of beauty, proportion, balance and harmony in design.
